Speakers in the today's communication age are the modern Herolde. Messages, which will be launched by the speakers areheard! It depends how deeply the audience is touched by the speakers words. Brilliant speakers, formulate their presentations always in such a way that the topic has a emotional base. Without emotions the remarks of a speaker are like a good meal that however unfortunately  did not include any pepper or salt. Speakers, who are technically high competent are often difficult to follow by the guests in the venue.But the messages could be translated with "interlocutors" in an interview style (speaker interview). Good speakers can answer in a “Q & A” session short and precise. There is nothing worse, than speakers, who give new, complete speeches based on only one small question!
