Moderator

Moderators are humans, who have the gift to guide discussions  with several speakers . The respective moderator or the respective host should never take a side with someone but always remain neutral! The moderators can lead events as it is known by the public through the television shows.Thus the moderator has to pursue the task of guiding throug the event and not to loose the theme out of sight! Professional moderators have mostly a certain experience before the camera and they act naturally and relaxed on stage. For the success of a complex event is the moderator of very good use, since he stands as a representative of the public on the stage and communication between event and the audience. The best moderators feel instinctivly what the public wants and to lead the discussions in the respective direction.
