Guest adviser

Guest advisers were engaged, as the name already says, in order to inform guests, maintained, motivate etc.. The first task of a guest adviser is therefore it to inform who the guests are, who sit in the hall. It must consider itself, how the guests could react to a guest adviser, what they expect from a guest adviser. As they were informed about the guest advisers in advance of the events, s they have certain expectations which should be fullfilled! Perhaps – they would like to have a photo with the guest adviser or an autograph. Perhaps they would like a little personal discussion with the guest adviser! And completely important for the guest adviser: What is the expectation attitude of the host? For which purpose he wants to use the guest adviser, how he wants that he begins. Is it  proud that he hired this special guest adviser?
