Once you have chosen a speaker, we will take care
of all organizational and administrative matters.

In other words, we negotiate the contractual conditions, organize the speaker’s travel to and from the event’s location, and make any necessary hotel reservations. We also inform you about any technical equipment. All parties involved receive of course a binding contract.
